What makes our bureau service unique?

Our data processing is different to the services on offer from the usual market research bureaux.  We try and make the whole process as simple as possible and give you more for your money!

Firstly, we think that the way we calculate our quotations is unique!  We don't base our price on the number of keystrokes or cards and columns (in fact we don't even work with cards and columns unless required).  If a paper questionnaire has already been printed we simply look at it!  We take into account how easy it is to follow, and if response numbers have been included we can immediately reduce the data entry price - thus enabling us to provide a cost effective quotation!

Secondly, as standard we undertake comprehensive checks on each stage of your data processing and we always supply you with a topline summary report - free of charge!

Thirdly, along with your survey results (and project files if you are a QPSMR user) you can request the QPSMR Reflect software and files.  This means that you, your project managers, or your clients, can quickly and easily create extra cross-tables from the survey information.  

So what exactly is on offer?

Many different data processing services are available from the QPSMR bureau, to suit your individual needs ...

We offer a full printed questionnaire design service, and we can supply pre-printed return envelopes (showing any address).  We are happy to print and distribute copies of your questionnaire, and to speed your survey processing we have Royal Mail Freepost and Business Reply addresses, so completed questionnaires can be returned straight to us.

If you already use QPSMR, we can simply set-up your survey and supply the questionnaire file (.QDF) for your own use - for paper, CAPI, CATI, diskette or email surveys.

The QPSMR bureau has a team of skilled data entry staff who quickly transfer the information from your paper questionnaires into QPSMR.  Once entered the data can be verified to your specification.  Please note that 10% of the work returned by each member of our team is verified as standard.

All data entered is thoroughly checked and a topline summary report is supplied for your perusal.

We can set up and produce some, or all, of your cross-tables leaving you more time to study the results.  

The QPSMR Reflect software and files are always available, so that you can run extra analyses on your own computer, in a matter of minutes; and we are happy to provide files for use with other software, as required.

Other services on offer include - project management advice, converting files from other software for use with QPSMR (and vice versa), producing graphs and spreadsheets from tables, running multi-variate analyses, processing entire projects from start to finish ... in fact we are happy to undertake almost any data processing task!
