As a QPSMR user you'll never work alone... unless you want to of course!
With the QPSMR support service you can feel totally confident knowing that we are there to help you and we are continually working to make your data processing as easy as possible ... Firstly, all QPSMR programs are supplied with tutorial documents to help get you started. The software itself has strategically positioned help buttons which display information relevant to the current Window, or selection. Each program also has it's own detailed on-screen help which, as well as giving comprehensive information, is crammed full of handy tips to help you get the most out of your software. A glossary is also included so you understand the terms used, along with Frequently asked Questions and Knowledge Base sections. If you have a question, or need some extra assistance you are welcome to contact the QPSMR help-line, where one of our technical experts will be pleased to help you.
Our support staff can be reached by telephone, fax or email, where your enquiry will be answered immediately. If your enquiry is not urgent you may also contact our experts by post - although somewhat outdated, this method is useful if you wish to send lengthy questionnaires to us for project management advice. Also included in the QPSMR support package are free software upgrades. Each time a new version of QPSMR is available for release, a notice from our development team is automatically sent to each user, you then simply request your new software. Installing the new program is quick and straightforward and your existing projects will be unaffected, as all software is backwards/forwards compatible.
Another feature included in our support service is access to the "QPSMR Wish List" - requests for future development. This means that if there is a particular feature that you would like to see included in our software, you can add it to our "Wish List" and our programmers will do their best to include it in a future release. And last but not least, we also offer "holiday client cover", where we look after your projects whilst you are away. Before you leave, simply send details of your recent projects and the relevant QPSMR files to us. Then, if your clients have any questions about the work, or if they need any extra analysis produced urgently, we will see to it!* So, with this complete QPSMR support solution - you can relax knowing that we are there to help you! * Holiday client cover: please note that additional analysis will be charged at our standard bureau rates. |
